Appointment of New Developments

Firstly, Hawkhead Gardens is located on the edge of Scotland’s largest town of Paisley, with all the convenience its wide range of amenities provides. The development of 210 new homes will enjoy an extensive area of green open space, as well as easy access to the beautiful Whitecart Water walkways and cycle routes.
We have also been awarded an additional phase of 249 new homes at the Dargavel development on the outskirts of Bishopton. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, Dargavel Village, enjoys a peaceful and scenic setting near the Clyde coastline.

Finally, we have commenced a further phase at the Maidenhill development in Newton Mearns. This development is part of a wider masterplan to create a new community that will include 625 private homes and 209 affordable homes, as well as a new primary school, community facilities and transport upgrades.
